In New York, I stayed on Manhattan island, somewhere between Central Park and Times Square. I could take pictures in this city forever. For now I will share 5.

Not far from Times Square is the Radio City Music Hall.

Taxis - Everywhere

Taxis are everywhere in this great city. Although they are not quite as grand as they once were.

Statue of liberty, New York

Another shot from New York. The Statue of liberty was a gift from the people of France. Although green today, it wasn’t this colour when first erected. The green colour is due to the oxidisation of the copper used.

Everywhere you go in New York, someone is trying to sell you something. Taken up near Harlem.

Jackie Onassis, if the tour guides on the city’s buses are to be believed,  used to live in an Apartment block on 5th Avenue overlooking Central Park. Every morning she would jog around this reservoir. The place has a real serene quality in the middle of all the chaos that is New York city.
