I think this shot is quite a popular vantage point in New York and here is my take on it. Incidentally, DUMBO stands for development under Manhattan Bridge overpass.

In the middle of Central Park is Bethesda Fountain and Terrace. I shot this late afternoon. Considering the population of New York is around 8 million, the park was pretty deserted.
